The Othick name has had a great local reputation for building works in Scarborough since the 1970s.

I’m Jason Othick and I started with the family building firm 27 years ago. One morning my dad came in to work and said “I’m retiring, starting today”.

This family business has been completing building works for 9 years and increasingly specialises in asbestos removal. Presently there are four of us plus my wife Heather.

We treat your property with the same respect we treat our own. We keep everything clean, keep you informed, and always ring ahead to say when we’re coming.
