Cluttered to Clean with Balustrade Removal & Tidy Up

This wasn’t a massive project, but it needed doing properly. The balustrades were rusting and no longer serving a purpose, and the edge of the concrete roof was looking a bit worn around the edges.

The property was up for sale, so the aim was to make sure things looked neat and well cared for as people walked up to the front door.

Timing was important too. Viewings were coming up, so we had to get in, do the job, and leave everything looking spot on.

We arrived on site and got straight to the property maintenance job at hand.

First, the old metal balustrades were carefully removed—no mess, no damage. Then, once the roof edge was clear, we gave it a good clean and then applied a fresh coat of masonry paint to smarten it up.

It was a simple job, but we treated it with the same care and attention we give every project.

The result was a much neater, cleaner look that really lifted the front of the house. It might’ve been a small detail, but it made a big difference, especially to potential buyers walking up to the door.

The homeowner was really pleased, and we were glad to help them take one more step toward a successful sale.
