Project Overview
The project involved the full restoration of a deteriorating roof, starting with the removal of rotten timbers and old tiles.
New treated timbers, breathable felt, and clay tiles were installed to improve durability and ventilation, while new leadwork reinforced waterproofing.
Ridge tiles were re-bedded, chimney stacks repointed, and new chimney pots fitted where needed, completing a restoration that balanced performance with traditional aesthetics.
